Caitlyn Silverblatt joined Price Heneveld as a registered patent agent in 2018 and is now a partner at the firm. Caitlyn focuses primarily on patent and trademark matters, counseling clients from early stages of development. Her practice includes U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, as well as patentability, preliminary right to use, and freedom to operate opinions. Caitlyn works with clients in various technological fields, including medical device, home appliance, and automotive technologies. Caitlyn’s practice also includes procuring and protecting trademarks, including through domain name dispute resolution.
Caitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Political Science from Northeastern University in 2015 and a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018. As a law student at Michigan State, she led the Patent Drafting Competition Moot Court Team for two years and served as a Senior Managing Editor of Michigan State Law Review.
