Aaron Wong is a partner of the firm focusing on all aspects of trademark and patent matters for a variety of clients. Aaron has extensive experience in all trademark matters and has successfully represented clients in procuring, protecting and licensing their brands, as well as representing clients in various trademark proceedings, such as cancellation and opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Aaron has successfully represented numerous clients in sending and responding to Cease and Desist letters in the trademark field.

Aaron’s patent practice focuses largely on the automotive, appliance, medical device and office furniture industries. His practice also includes all areas of patent procurement and enforcement, as well as patentability, non-infringement and invalidity opinion drafting. Aaron’s experience includes representation of clients involved in various technological fields, such as horticultural industries, thermoplastic and injection molding procedures and products, and food science related technologies.

Aaron is the Founder and past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association. He represents Price Heneveld as a member of the Grand Rapids Diversity Collaborative Retention Committee, is a trustee for the Spectrum Health Foundation Board of Trustees, and is the Founder and Chair of the Spectrum Health Community Council where he works with young professionals to raise awareness and promote the initiatives of the hospital.
