Kevin T. Quinn
Kevin joined Price Heneveld as a Law Clerk in 2017 and will sit for the State Bar of Michigan exam in the summer of 2019. While clerking, Kevin has prepared patent applications and responses to Office Actions, participated in Examiner interviews, and conducted various patentability searches, clearances, and invalidity investigations. Prior to joining the Firm, Kevin worked as a patent law clerk at ITIP Development, LLC where he primarily prosecuted patent applications related to business methods and software implementations. At Price Heneveld, Kevin has had significant exposure to mechanical and software-related technologies.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University in 2016 and recently completed his Juris Doctorate at Michigan State University College of Law. As a law student at Michigan State, Kevin competed in The AIPLA’s 2018-2019 Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Patent Moot Court Competition, where he and his partner won the Northeastern Region and were awarded Best Brief before flaming out gloriously at Nationals.
