ABOUT JILL
Jill Schmidt has been a legal assistant with the firm since 2010. She has experience with domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, including assisting with the patent search process, preparing formal patent application documents, drafting trademark applications and responses, and preparing National Stage applications. Jill is proficient in electronic filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and assists with the firm’s matter closing process.
Jill has a degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University. She is a member of the Legal Assistant Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and is a Notary Public.
