Sharla Waller
ABOUT SHARLA
Sharla Waller is an Intellectual Property Specialist with the firm and has been at Price Heneveld since 2000. She assists with the maintenance and management of major clients through direct communication and support. Sharla has extensive experience with domestic patent and trademark prosecution, including assisting with the patent search process, preparing formal patent application documents, drafting patent responses and petitions, and drafting trademark applications and responses. Sharla is proficient in electronic filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Sharla obtained her paralegal certification from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, Inc., holds an Associate of Arts from Grand Rapids Community College, and has taken courses in the Legal Studies program at Grand Valley State University. She is also Chair of the Legal Assistant Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
